棕刚玉磨料以铝矾土为主要原料经高温熔炼而成。呈棕褐色，硬度高、韧性大。用其制造的磨具，适用于碳素钢、可锻铸铁、硬青铜等的磨削。此外在耐火材料、化工添加剂、精密铸造及防滑材料等方面也有广泛应用。
The main

is electrically fused in high temperature.It is
brown and features high hardness and
toughness.The abrasive tools made of it are
suitable for the grinding of car bon
steel,malleable castiron,hard bronze,etc.In
addition,they are also used as refractory
materials,chemical additive,precision founding
and anti-sliding materrials.
